Since our patties are freeze-dried raw, they’ll need to be reconstituted before hitting the grill or skillet—just like any fresh, raw meat. Once reconstituted, cook them up to your liking and enjoy the pure, satisfying taste of quality beef.

Our Freeze-Dried Hamburger Patties come in resealable, durable 7-mil Mylar bags. The packaging is designed to keep your patties fresh for up to 25 years, ensuring they are always ready when you need them.
